It really is an excellent show.  They spent a ton of money on locations around the world - which I heard contributed to the cancellation.  I hope another production company picks it up someday.

Just watched the re-do of Murphy Brown.  This was one of my favorite shows from start to finish during it's initial run.  I think I might add Candice Bergen to the troupe of Barbara Stanwyck and Lauren Bacall.  That would be the .01 side of my 'I'm 99.99% Gay'.

The show.  I think it had as many flaws as the first episode of the new Will & Grace.  There was a glaring lack of continuity and segues between scenes were really choppy.  But I love Candice Bergen.  I love the original run.  I'll be waiting to see things smooth out and get the old rhythm back.  I do miss Pat Corley (Phil) and Eldin (Robert Pastorelli).  Not sure that Tyne Daley will add the right vibe, but we'll see.

I've been binging over the holiday and I've enjoyed studying the history of Hudson Bay and the historical fiction of this tale. :love3:

There's money to be made in the fur trade in the 1700s, which is why Declan Harp is trying to get a piece of it. The outlaw trapper is leading a campaign to breach the Hudson's Bay Company's monopoly on fur in Canada. Lord Benton, on the other hand, is bent on restoring the company's stranglehold on fur and is on a mission to stamp out Harp, who turns to an old ally when bounty hunters close in on him. Harp eventually devises an elaborate scheme to plunder Hudson's Bay and set a trap for Benton.

Asa Butterfield's new Netflix series, Sex Education appears to be an instant hit  :claps:   :claps:   :claps:   :claps:   :claps:

Asa talks about the series and his career - not sure why he's gone blond, but he still looks HOT  :rosslick:
