This is one of the trips I want to repeat!  I'd be taking the train from Los Mochis to Chihuahua, with stops in El Fuerte, Divisadero, and Creel.  Adventure park in Divisadero is a lot of fun - at least the series of 7 zip lines over the canyon were ;)

Here's a great video of the canyons.  Enjoy!

Ugh.  No beach in a month!!!!!!  Until this is over I've relegated myself to beach-through-video!  Here's a nice one of Acapulco.  Be sure to chose the 4k setting for playback.  At :23 you'll notice a funky shaped white building on the right.  That's the HS Hotsson hotel - to the right of it are two grey and blue buildings, the Playa Suites.  That's where I stayed, and probably will next time too.  Anyway, on to the main attraction .... beach!

A friend took these snaps on his walks. Here's Carolina Beach!

Gorgeous!

He's sent me about 200 of these snaps. I have them on rotation on four 24 inch screens across my home office. They certainly add beauty to my days! :love3:

Yes, it's Teotihuacan again!  I am feeling the travel itch again and traveling virtually is better than nothing!  These ladies did a couple of the things I liked - Hot air balloon ride over the pyramids, and they even used the same company I went with; and a meal at La Gruta, the restaurant in a cave.  No, I didn't have the chapulines, but I did have the barbacoa she's raving about!

So far, this is my favorite place to visit for a few days, with Las Barrancas del Cobre (Copper Canyon) a close second.  Acapulco will remain the favorite beach destination :)
