Hey T, who did Dink sell Active Duty to?
It is not even close to the same Site anymore. It's really a shame that the new owners couldn't carry on what Dink put together there. Overnight the videos became routine, mundane and just like a million other sites on the Web. It looks a lot like Broke Straight Boys now, or College Dudes. I remember when College Dudes was called collegedudes247 and they had such excellent looking guys. On par with Sean Cody almost. After BSB bought it, it became just another BSB extension. That's exactly what Active Duty looks like now.
So who did buy it?
And speaking about BSB, have you heard any scuttlebutt about Paul Canon & Damien Kyle leaving there? I saw the video where Damien, very angry, walked out with Paul behind him. That was such a fucked-up bullshit move on the owner's part. When my current sub runs out there, I'll never give them another dime of my money. They had a perfect chance to do something cool, something different, and they blew it badly. Those 2 guys where by far the best thing they had going for them. And they kicked their asses to the curb because they fell in love with each other. "It's called Broke STRAIGHT Boys, we can't have any gay guys here." Well fuck them. I've noticed that they even took both Paul & Damien off of the "Most Popular" list of their models. Hell, they still have tons of guys on that list that have not worked for them for years. It's just spite. Those fucking assholes. I've gotten a hold of a couple of videos that Paul & Damien have made together on their own since. Very unpolished stuff, but still, it's Paul & Damien looking as hot as ever. A little snip of one of those is that short clip I posted in "Scotty's Room" with the heading "You don't even want to know." But back to my original question here, any word on those guys getting picked up my any other studios or doing something on their own?
