You're kidding? After all Zuck's blowing hard about freedom of speech... really? Facebook is a disgrace. The world would be better off without it.

The US desperately needs cohesive leadership. The stunning lack thereof is killing people.

Happy Birthday Rich.

That's awesome, it looks gorgeous and the acoustics... maybe like Massey Hall or Royal Albert Hall. I have this concert on DVD and it is an incredible performance from start to finish (one of the finest recorded live concerts ever imo), I listen to it often and get chills every time. Highly recommend. UP LOUD! I regret having a chance to see the band live in the late 80s and didn't make it. One more to complete the trifecta. Ann and Nancy.

After 2 weeks of not going out the animals came to check if everything is alright.

Now you've been warned a dozen times and I have no idea how to un-warn you. Think I need to warn Scott he's used the word "kinda" too many times today.

I just love butter chicken. That looks insanely nummy. Those pups up above are just awesome. What beauties.

Happy birthday Smokeshadow! (where did the name Smokeshadow come from?)
-
I did indeed, now who you calling Doctor??
-
That would be very high up indeed and not normal Smoke, that would be over his top set of abs. Could it be an obscured outie a little ways further down where that whitish patch is?

"Hey... you don't have a belly button!"

Thanks Smoke, that was awesome - takes me back to when I was a kid... fine mechanical engineering and strength! Here's more from your link...

If a President with major change ideas is elected now, they will get nothing done, so in this cycle it doesn't really matter anyway. Your 180 degrees becomes 90 degrees of change and 20 becomes only 10 is a flawed theory - this is more of a sellers market and negotiations are terribly one-sided ;) I'm also not so partisan that I think being a Republican (or a Conservative up here) is a bad thing - certainly this latest version of the Republican party toadies for Trump are revolting but my guess is a lot of them will pay a political price for this. There is not enough overall support for a progressive revolution so it is a recipe for more gridlock... there's a five alarm fire that needs to be put out first before any sweeping changes can be made... the nominee just needs to have the means to put out the fire. However, I'm not averse to any candidate, whoever the Democratic electorate agrees on would have my full support and vote (if I could vote) - a winning fence post might do for the next four years. For now, I think the guy with those means is Bloomberg... all politicians have a past, so I'm not going there. The only one I really don't care for is on the other side (and maybe Tulsi lol).

I think Bloomberg will be the nominee. I respectfully disagree about moderate politicians... the radical change politicians will just be stymied by a polarized country. It's the two party system in part to blame. Small incremental changes do work, not always ideal, but better than getting absolutely nothing done with "the likes of Mitch McConnell". There is (was) a time for this kind of change but that time isn't now.

Something bothers me about Pete... an introvert pretending to be an extrovert. This cycle is about getting rid of the lawless Trump for the sake of your country. I think Bloomberg and his money is the best option at the moment. I was for Klobuchar from the start but didn't reallly think she had a chance, so this recent success is heartening... maybe she's a VP pick. As for Bernie and big change that will come in time - for now it's imperative Trump is not re-elected or all bets off for the harm he'll do. Beltway rumour is Hillary is going to go out and support Bloomberg by shadowing Trump, drawing similar crowd sizes and broadcasting it to get under Trump's skin. At this point... whatever it takes.
