BJ - just be glad that the overlook was built somewhere that was not under the jurisdiction of the International Building Code. It would have required a 42 inch high guard rail on both sides of the steps as well as a 36 inch high handrail. Then there would have to have been some sort of "guard" between the fingers because the gaps between them appear more than 4 inches wide, which is the maximum distance between "verticals" in any guardrail. :shocked:

I tell myself, and frequently, 'Only in México'. So many things here that would never happen in the USA! Food trucks were even outlawed until recently in Seattle - the health department kept insisting that they have running water. Strangely, the 'proper' method of washing bar glassware didn't involve running water [three sink method: soapy water, plain water, sanitizer solution], so why would a food truck need it? Bureaucracy in motion.
