Sorry I have no interest in that at all. Never even been to that website. I make my money as a real estate agent now. ;)

I heard that he holds special 'showings' and that every open house comes with a 'happy ending'! :o Lol.

Don't you know that's unethical for a real estate agent? My sister sells real estate so I know a lot about their "code of ethics" :P

Hey! I recently marathoned "Modern Family" (I actually did), so I know TONS about real estate things! Answer me this, Mr. Scotty ... if their code of ethics would prevent a happy ending at every showing, then why do they always make the number of bedrooms the biggest selling point? And why do they need to bring in multiple listing services? Why aren't they satisfied with just one, like traditional people had??? And tell me, Mr. Smarty Pants Scott, why Andy always had that goofy smile on his face and was so eager to show his homes? Yeah, that's right! HAPPY. ENDING!

Tyler - I inadvertently posted 3 images of Shawn Mendes in the Underwear thread, when I intended them for the Famous thread. I guess that when I went to "click" my mouse slipped and I selected the wrong thread. Would you please move them to the appropriate thread? Mucho thanks :hugs:

Tyler - you mentioned back in July that you had gotten into real estate. Did you mean that you were a real estate agent? In other words, the person who shows another person real property (whether residential, commercial, industrial or agricultural) for purchase or lease? If so, what are Canada's requirements for obtaining one's real estate license? IIRC, back when I was in college (mid 1970's), the requirements for an agent's license were a minimum of 9 semester hours of real estate courses; and, then sitting, and passing, the real estate exam. I had 6 of the required hours before I graduated with my architect's degree; and, never completed the final 3 hours
